Upload Speed Issue X121e

Hi,

This is my first post and I am not spectacularly technically minded but I hope someone can help.

I purchased an X121e all singing spec and in general I think it is a brilliant piece of kit. My biggest problem is I cannot get any type of upload speed and life is frustrating.

For example, through an ethernet connection in my office I can get a download speed of 29.38Mbps but the upload speed is just 0.23Mbps. This makes sending large files and printing large files take a long time. My old HP laptop had an upload spped of 4.00Mbps and I would have expected at least the same.

Does anyone know where I might be going wrong please?
