X131e Centrino 6205 card into the AMD version

I know the intel version of the X131e intel version has a particular Centrino 6205 card whitelisted. Does anyone have any experience trying this said card onto the AMD version?

I tried the card in the 2nd mini pci-express slot (the WWAN slot). There were no rejection errors on bootup, but lspci didn't show anything attached. Tried covering pin 20, same thing.
