How to correct the warranty expiration date?

I bought an x100e from BH Photo Video, which was delivered on Dec. 2, 2010.

However, the warranty status states that I have coverage until Aug 6, 2011, i.e. 12 months from the date of manufacture.

How can I correct this to get the full coverage I'm entitled to?

Many thanks,
Daniel

Contact Lenovo. They will ask you to send some proof of purchase and update it in their system.

another question: If a thinkpad is bought from the Lenovo Demopool, do I have 1 year guarantee or only the guarantee, that is left?

Good question. I would check the sales documents or ask the seller. My X100e was bought factory sealed with an explicit 12 month warranty, as stated on BH Photo Video's product specifications.

However, check the warranty status using the Thinkvantage tools first - it just may be correct.
