560/560E/560X LCD latch interchangebility?

Does anyone know if the LCD latches on the Thinkpad 560/560E/560X series are mutually interchangeable? I have 2 Thinkpad 560Es here with missing LCD latches (the button on the front of the bottom bezel, and while it doesn't really do much to its mechanical functionality, the fact that it is missing bothers me quite a bit. I am trying to source a 560X bottom base and see if it can be swapped across...

I don't see any available (Impact Computers claim to have them but the past 2 orders I submitted for the 560 bottom base have been cancelled), and I don't see any 3D printable replacements either.
