MMC1 PII 400 for TP770

Any hint on how to get a MMC1 PII 400 for my TP770?
I would like to upgrade from Pentium MMX 266...

they seller had over 100, he's down to like 20 or so. They come sealed and new. Goodluck

p.s. My PII 400 thinkpad had a systemboard failure, must have taken out the cpu cause it wouldn't work in the new systemboard. So it was returned to the 233mhz stock, and sold. :-(

The PII-550 is still kickin it just fine for now
