i1400 batteries

#1 Post by extreme » Thu Apr 21, 2005 2:31 am

Can someone please help!

Is the NiMH 9.6v 3.5mah battery used in 2611-451 interchangable with
the Li-Ion 14.8v 3.2mah battery used in 2611-452? pros and cons?

I have the 451 and needs a battery. I'd rather get the better Li-Ion type if possible.

Thanks

I don't know if the LiION will work in your laptop, so you should research that, butn I am pretty sure the battery will work. If it turns out the LiION battery does work, go for that. LiIONs tend to have longer run timesand longer lifespans. They also lack the dreaded memory effect that NiMH and NiCD are notorious for.
