760XD Mwave installation problem and video-in

1. I bought an old 760XD - everything runs fine but the audio system. I simply can't install proper drivers for it. IBM page with drivers for 760XD has been unaccessible for last 2 weeks and my mails don't seem to change it. I tried more then 10 or so drivers downloaded from different places but no luck - none of these worked for me (the moment system tries to initialize DSP related hardware it gets "blue"). DSP hardware runs bios test smoothly so I guess it is drivers fault. Anyone having proper and working under W98 drivers for this DSP invention?
Would be really gratefull for any advice.

2. If anyone knows how to get image from video-in?

System specs are: TP 760XD, 64MB ram, model 9546X9E
