Olicom GoCard Setup

When first I got my ThinkPad 380Z, it came preconfigured with W98SE and the Olicom GoCard OC-2220 PCMCIA ethernet network adapter worked great.

Having had W98SE crash due to a USB driver issue, I have not been able to get the GoCard to work properly with a clean installation of either W98SE or W2000. My current W2000 SP4 installation recognizes the card and Device Manager shows that there are no conflicts. I can get a USB wireless ethernet adapter to connect to my network but I would like to have a wired connection as well.

Does anyone have any advice for configuring this adapter?
380Z - Windows 2000
T30 - Windows XP
