Help with IBM L40SX Bios Battery

Could someone help me to find a backup battery for an old IBM L40SX?
The HMM lists the battery as part n° 79F0986, which cannot be found in Ebay or Google, does anybody know for an alternative? (like the BIOS batteries of more modern Thinkpads being "normal" CR2032 ones)
Thanks!

From the crude diagram in the Service Manual, it looks something like a CR123 battery. Those are typically used in cameras. Can you post a photo with dimensions?
edit: Are we talking about this system?

I found some resellers claiming to have this battery but they either don't list the price or have the wrong picture of the battery or want to charge over $200US for one! Based on the testing procedure in the HMM, the battery outputs 3V so that means you should be able to use any 3V lithium battery of the same physical size. Here's some examples:

The problem is that it looks like the original battery has leads attached to it. You'd have to find one with solder tabs and transfer the connector.
edit2: And finally, with the help of Google, this appears:

"PN 79F0986 Panasonic Lithium BR-2/3A 3V."
