after I have tried a program called KILLCMOS (it reset all startup and hd password), my computer allways shows the mesage 19135, and starting BIOS SETUP, I can't boot from a floppy or my harddrive

Sounds like it did what it said it would... it killed your CMOS. So what's the problem?
