IBM Thinkpad 380z

[Cruising]

I got this model and WIN NT 3.51 Swedish as main OS, on my other HDD i got WIN XP with 1024x768 resulotion.
But in WIN NT 3.51 i can only have 800x600 16 colors of some reason, i do have the right driver for the "neomagic magicgraph 256", and the super vga drivers and the "video feature diskett for 3.51" from lenovo, but still it says "wrong choice of display" when i start up the OS.

I dont know what to do now when nothing seams to work.
