Thinkpad 765D win9x Drivers?

I just recently bought a 765D off of ebay parts/repair because it had a wiped hard drive. I got DOS 6.22 and Win95 on it with a small amount of trouble, and now I continue to run into driver issues. I have searched around and know things like the audio and video chipset models, but going on the PCCBBS mirror I found doesn't really help me figure out which drivers to download.

I mainly need the audio and video drivers, as far as the netgear and 3com NICs I intend to put in it, i've already got the drivers for those.

Also, is there a point in updating the BIOS in a 765D? I was wondering if it's a driver issue or if a BIOS update would help with the display scaling switching around so much.

Is there something else that's not there that you need?

While the Thinkpad Configurator i needed was there, the mWave drivers were not. I ended up finding them though, and will at some point edit my original post once I figure out how i'm gonna mirror all of this junk effectively since the only real working mirror i found was some poor sap's personal mirror. I figure he doesn't need the extra traffic.
