ThinkPad 701C screw replacements?

So some of my 701C thinkpads (this is from a 701CS in particular) have the front four tiny T1 torx screws a bit rusty.
Here's a photo:
While, bizarrely they seem to work fine-- I was able to remove them without issue (you'd think the tiny grooves would have been too far-gone), it would be nice to replace them with fresh screws. I don't want them to corrode to the point where they can't be un-screwed.
But it seems getting specific screws is hard these days... if anyone has some leads for new screws that'd be great.
