Looking for BIOS v1.10 for Thinkpad 365XD

Hi there,
just got myself this beauty with 64MB stick, but the bios inside is v1.00 which supports max. 40MB.
Could someone be so kind to send me the floppy image if possible?

My laptop has CD-ROM only, but I know how to set up booting from there.

but this is dated Jul 7, 1998 rather than 06/24/1998 and there's no mention that it added support for extra RAM.
