Can i get my 600E 2645-4au to read more then 500MHz

Can i get my 600E 2645-4au to read more then 500MHz

I baught a MMC-2 600MHz cpu, my 600E only shows 500MHz,
any idea on how to get it to read more?
I would Love any help.
