TP 560 Battery Revival

i have five 560's one with battery missing when bought. the other four seem to have good batts - surprised? yes i was, after my experience with nimh batts on five compaq machines i bought. did all 560's have li-ion from new? am thinking of trying to either buy a couple of dead batteries cheap off of ebay and tear one apart to find out the best way to take them apart ermm.. neatly, and then try swap ok cells for the dead ones. does anyone have helpful advice on this, apart from; dont do it, lol.. the other thing is, ive heard you can sometimes get a so called dead battery to resurect by forcing it to take a charge (called spiking) then your normal charger quite happily takes over, apparently.. anyone know if this might be possible?
