The largest capacity ram listed in the HMM ( http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc ... tpvol2.pdf ) is fru 66G0094, 16MB and 70 ns.

Which 32mb cards which work in this machine?
T420 Ivy Bridge i7 3612QM, x24 xiphmont led, x60s libreboot, led, T400 libreboot, (in progress testing Q9100)

Kinston had 32MB cards labeled with model numbers that included "750" and "360" in the names. The "360" was non-parity.
I don't know if there was a 370 specific card, but if anything was going to work, it would be the non-parity version.

I would stick with "low-density" versions of a 32MB module. That would mean that there must be at least two individual ICs on the board. I don't exactly know if anybody ever released a 32MB module using a single 32MB IC but it's better to be safe then sorry.
