755CD mouse buttons

#1 Post by markgm » Wed Nov 01, 2017 2:08 pm

The mouse buttons (especially the left one) work only intermittently. On another different model I was able to pop off the mouse button and replace the rubber dome, but that doesn't seem to be possible with the 755. Does anyone know if there's anyway to fix this issue aside from replacing the keyboard (which I'm guessing would be a gamble since all of the available keyboards are most likely used)?

Likely you will have to replace the entire KB unit.

All 365** units and 755 units EXCEPT the 755C use this keyboard.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

TP365's use the same keyboard? That's good to know!

Yup, the left mouse button working intermittently is pretty common. Heck, I remember it being common when I got my first 755CE in 2000!
