Hi,
my i-series 1400 (2611-412 to be more accurate) shuts down/ reboots every 10 min or so.
I suspect that there is a loose contact between the main board and the power connector. Can I just solder the tyhing on again?
(I do not have experences with soldering multi-layer boards)
Does anyone has experiences with this?
Furthermore teh cmos-battery seems to be dead ( 2.89 V). what woudl the result of this be?
A last question: I do not get the thing fixed: Is theer a market for loose parts? OK, the usb-port is broken. Besides that and the battery all other parts work fine...
cheers
ralf
