Changing out the CMOS battery often clears up the fan issue. Without the CMOS battery the fan doesn't come on....change the CMOS first and see it that takes care of the problems....you can find them on eBay for cheaper than other places.

Thanks for the help

I get also up to fan error- messege all the time. But the fan seems to do its job anyway. I kicks on when the cpu needs cooling.

wth is wrong? Maybe it have something to do with my cmos battery which seems to be bad.

At the start of the boot sequence, press F1 to enter the BIOS. Once there, run system diagnostics and see if you get any errors.

When the computer begins to boot up, press F8 to get to Windows start up options page. Choose something like: no restart on error. When you boot Windows again, it will stop at the error, telling you what the error is. Search microsoft.com with the error message, and maybe you can figure out what's wrong.
