IBM ThinkPad 600X Screen will not turn on at all

Hello, apologies for making my first post a request for help but I have no other idea of what to do as I have found very few queries on this topic.

I have been attempting to get a ThinkPad 600X working for a while now but I cannot figure out why the screen will not turn on at all.
I have 2 seperate screens and 2 seperate Sub Cards but none of them seem to work at all no matter what combination I use them in. I know that the board is at least functional as the system will turn on and I hear troubleshooting error beeps coming from the speakers (From what I can see thats a BIOS battery issue).

What I have tried:
Tried each screen with each sub card
Checked to ensure the stand-by switches are not broken
Done the above using both AC power and Battery power
Reseated every cable and piece of hardware I can see and easily access

I am unable to determine if its a wider board error as I cannot output to an external screen due to not having a compatible screen.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated, I have no idea what to do now. Sorry if this is a redundant post.

Have you replaced the BIOS battery?

This may be a dumb question, but you know you aren't mismatching parts between a 600, 600E and/or 600X right? I believe that won't work at all as very few parts between them are actually fully interchangeable.
Also saying no VGA output either basically means the problem is not related with the sub card or the LCD at all. Could this be a GPU soldering issue? Try pushing the Neomagic chip down and power it on and see if that gets you anywhere (and bad news if it enables you to turn it on lol). Also check for continuity on all fuses.

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a go. I'll take a gander at the fuses' continuity, see if thats the problem, and see if holding down the neomagic chip does anything to help. I'm going to take it from that response though that if that is the problem, its not exactly an easily (if at all) fixable problem?
