However, as far as I know and I read in this post: viewtopic.php?t=126703, the 701C / CS will try recharging it?
So how are the people using CR2032 then?
Also the diode solution works, but all diodes have a voltage drop. I could use a germanium diode with a 0.2V drop, but then its gonna be providing 2.8V to the board instead of 3V.

Use 3x 1.5 LR44 and a 0.7v silicon diode.
The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.
