240 CMOS battery

I have been looking through the PDF manual and looking at my 240 as well, I can't find a CMOS battery, Does this one have one?

it have one CR2032
it is between your harddisc and pcmica slot

I dismantled a 240 once and came across the CMOS battery. It seemed to me that it was not designed to be replaced at all, it was held on the mainboard by a metal tab that I don't think you can lift without breaking. Has anyone actually replaced one succesfully?
