How many Ultrabay II drives are there?

Older ThinkPads.. from the 600, the 7xx, the iSeries, 300, 500, the Transnote and, of course, the 701

I've got a 2.88 floppy in my 750P. Might that work if put in the caddy for the 1.44 floppy?

And as far as other bays and what IBM sold for them: http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/UltraBay

wikki is a great, but not compleat, they seldom mention aftermarket options.

Of course the nice advantage of mounting a 2.88 into the 770's floppy case is it should still work as an external floppy for other thinkpads.

Right you are, which is why I wrote that it lists what options IBM sold.

But the good thing about wikis is that YOU can change it. If you think there should be a list of compatible devices by other makers, please go ahead and add it. I'm sure others would want to see it too.
