It's almost impossible to find, so I built my own. The connector is a very unusual 4 pin connector which is a bit bigger than a S-Video or PS2 male connector. However if you remove the outer shield from either of those, it'll fit, with the S-Video connector having the key in the right position.
If you look directly at the socket on the side of the PS/Note, the top left hole is GND and the bottom 2 pins either side are 22v +
One is for battery and one for 'power' but I found you have to power both for the machine to turn on, whether it has a battery or not. I tested with a variable power supply and it draws a max of about 1.4amps so you need anything +19 / 2a really and you should be in business.
