Inside the lid and the rear looked in fabulous condition. I probably would have gone for that. The 770 palmrest does not age well.

I still have a HP 19" LCD with 1280x1024 hooked up to my old desktop.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!

1280x1024 is ubiquitous for monitors -- I still have at least 5 of them lying around at work -- but super rare for laptops because the 5:4 aspect ratio was tricky to accommodate on laptops. I once had a Dell Inspiron 7500 with 15.4" 1280x1024 and its lid was so tall that it stuck out a lot, making it one of the ugliest laptops I've ever seen.

A lot of his buyers say the same thing in their negative feedback, unfortunately. Most of them eventually got what they paid for, though.
