Just some notes for your information. I highlighted only the tricky parts and some...capacitors which you may need.
Starting from the back side, the first step is to remove the battery and memory.
Green arrows mean to lift, and the red ones mean to slide/push.

Then four screws, as you may find on other subnotebook like ThinkPad 535, one is hidden behind the FDD connector.

And so, you can now remove the top cover, of which I forget to take a picture here but you know what I mean.
The little green battery should be unplugged and discarded right away.

to take apart the LCD assembly, 4 more screws to be detached from the back, 2 ribbon cable and 1 microphone cable from the front.

I'll mention the LCD assembly later but let's remove the keyboard by unscrewing 3 screws.

and, this step is tricky, you need a spudger to pry the left side, and then lift from the left edge of keyboard a little bit, and press and slide the whole keyboard to the left.

and now remove the ribbon cables on the right side.

and the rest steps are easy. Detach all the screws you may find (except those which are not circled, they are for the HDD), and take the whole part (green lined) out. Be careful, the audio panel and infrared panel should be removed together with the mobo. Blue box on the left is the audio daughter board, and right one is the main mother board.

OK, back to the LCD assembly, there are only 2 screws (red circle). And there is double sided tape to secure the front bezel and LCD so you should have a razor blade (under the green circle) to remove it before you take it apart

all other screws and the type of LCD are shown below. As you may have seen, it has the vinegar syndrome and the polarized film should be replaced.
