600E turns on sometimes, and sometimes not? please help.

Hey Guys, I have a 600E 2645-A5U Windows XP-pro 256 ram 4gig hardrive cleron 500Mhz CPU latest BIOS update inet36ww.
Sometimes It wo't turn on with-out a big Fuss, Is it possible I installed the wrong BIOS version or some dum crap like that?
What are thaughts.

The fastest recommended processor for the 600E is a Dixon 400Mhz PII. Some have used PIII's with success, but many have problems.

The Celeron MMC modules are notorious for having BOOT problems when installed in 600E series machines.
