Just bought a 701C :) Have a few questions...

Hey, I just bought a 701C off ebay. DX4-75.
It came with a bunch of extra stuff. I've got 2 batteries, 2 hdd, a floppy, port replicator, panasonic cd-rom, and a carrying case.
It's not quite as perfect as I was hoping. One of the latches doesn't latch anymore, and the other side pulls up at the laptop a bit. Is this common and can it be fixed?
It's also missing the PCMCIA cover. Was this a rubber or a plastic cover, and how hard is it to get a replacement?
The left mouse button is very finicky. Definately has gotten some use. Is there anything I can do to help fix this?
The batteries don't seem to charge at all. They are both NiCd, and the battery light doesn't come on at all. I know some people have looked into rebuilding these. Anything come of it?
I'm excited about this computer. I figured if I ever bought any old ThinkPad, it'd be a 701 cause I always thought they were cool. I think it'd be nice to restore it to newer condition.
Thanks!
Rob
