600E Battery

I bought a battery of simplemicro.com
the weird thing about it is when I have the AC adapter the light blinks amber for a day now and my battery monitor says 0% charged. When I take off the AC adapter it stays on. Like right now I am typing this message using just the battery.
My question is what is the problem is the battery messes up?
Should I send it back?

I would send the battery back. how long dose it stay on? try another battery, If the problems continues to accure, post again.
