TP 770 error 19991905, i need help

Hey guys,
I get this 19991905 error while booting my Thinkpad 770, it's really stressing me up. I need help with this. Can somebody please help me with this. I'll appreciate it.

I can't remember for sure but i think that it has nothing to boot from.
