Any 10mbps Ethernet or 10/100mbps FastEthernet card should work.

Hi,
I am hoping to do the same thing and would like to know if there is a wireless option for this (network card). If so is there and IBM part number I can start with?
Thanks for your help,
V

There is no IBM wireless option for the 760 series. You'll need to go to the computer store and buy a wireless PCMCIA card if you'd like to use wireless network.

Also, be aware of the fact that only the E and X series 760s have Cardbus (32BIT) enabled PC slots, all the others are PCMCIA (16BIT) only machines and will require 16BIT WiFi or Ethernet cards.

Even on the CardBus enabled 760s, you'd be best off buying a 16bit PCMCIA card. The CardBus support on the 760s, in my eperience, has been problematic to have it stated lightly.
