Help! I have recently acquired a 240X.
The screen on it seems somewhat dimmer than the one on my older 240.
240X serial number ends -D1345 which indicates Type-A LCD.
240 serial number ends -Z.... which indicates Type-B LCD.
Trying to figure out if Type-B just always better/brighter?
If so, will cannibalize 240 for LCD panel.
If not, then I will look at replacing the CCFL backlight on the 240X.
Thanks to anyone who reads this.....
Type-B versus Type-A LCD, which is better?
