600e FRU part no and fault code

can anyone help me with this when i run the system bord test i get the following fault dev001 err 91 fru 3610 need to find out part this is as it is stoping me installing win xp on this laptop.
thinkpad T40/6ooe/600x & 380z

Go to IBM support, find and download the "hardware maintenance manual" for your machine
