I have a Thinkpad 560 Pentium 133, 24megs RAM. I'm want to get some more RAM, but I'm not sure how much I can get or what kind.
I'm looking at this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/IBM-Thinkpad-Memory ... dZViewItem
or this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1
Just need to know if they are compatible with my Thinkpad.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks.

You must make sure the 14 pin SODIMM is EDO RAM and the highest the 560 takes, if I'm not mistaken, is a 64mb chip.
The two chips you had linked are PC66 and won't work in the ThinkPad 560.

Ok thanks. So, what exactly should I be looking for?
Would this work?

No because that's PC100. The RAM has to specifically be EDO othrewise the computer won't like it. If you type "144-pin EDO" in eBay you'll find a good number of compatible chips.

You need something like this
http://cgi.ebay.com/32MB-EDO-Sodimm-Del ... dZViewItem or this
http://cgi.ebay.com/64-MB-EDO-SODIMM-BR ... dZViewItem
A 64mb chip may not work in your machine unless it is a "Thinkpad Proven option".
