I just went to my cousin's house and she had a TP 365x lying around. She had no ac adapter to see if it worked but know for certain it was working in December of 2002. Last time she used. She used it for typing her law papers.
What do I do. What kind of machine is it? It is very old I know went on IBM site saw updates from like 1996 or 1997. Funny thing about it is if I even bothered to get an adapter I don't even know where the on button is.

Well if you can get by that it is slower than more modern hardware, it is certainly a great machine for MS word and Excel, Office 97 style. It will run Windows 95 well even if it only has 8 meg RAM. It can be used on the internet with a 56K PCMCIA modem. I can say these things because I have a 365XD that is still in daily use with 8meg ram and a 1.2 Gig hard drive. I use it when going places that have a bad environment (factories, neighborhoods etc). If it gets dropped, soaked, stolen, so what. You just have to be a little more creative in finding software.
