TP 570 Docking

Hi,
I got a second hand docking station, seems it doesn't work. The problem is...
1. Two media port have no response when i boot up, but speaker and USB port work fine.
2. I am using windows 2000, after i enter windows, it asked me to install an IDE driver, but i got msg from seller that no driver is needed.

Anyone has this problem before? Esp the driver, can anyone tell where i can get this driver for windows 2000?
