I've just played 'swapsies' bringing the 300Mhz PII from a 380Z over to my favourite 600.
The 380Z now has the 600's 233Mhz unit. Both on Win98 SE and all is well, but I notice that the 380 claims to allow its NeomagicMedia 256AV to run 1024 x 768 @ 24 bit colour depth whereas the 600's Neomagigraph 128XD claims to only run 1024 x 768 @ 16 bit.... is this the standard behaviour, or have I stuffed up the driver ...?
Cheers
Robin in Australia.
16 or 24 bit Colour Depth @ 1024 x 768...?
