ibm thinkpad 760xd

i am a newbe.

i am having a problem with my ibm thinkpad 760xd. i can not get my eathernet or wireless card to work in my ports.

i have winxp pro. i get the msg. card bus not operating in 32 bit mode.

is there a fix for this??? dose anyone have a direct link??? there is no info on ibm web page for my model.
