DVD drive for my Thinkpad 570

The LG CD Rom drive in my Ultrabase for TP570 seem to have given up the ghost today. I am thinking of adding a DVD Rom in it's place. I have been looking in the ebay and there is a few DVD Roms and Writers available but they are for Ultrabase 2000 or compatible with Thinkpad A, T, R & X seriese. Would any of these work with my Ultrabase for 570? The Pictures do look similar. Here are a few ebay links:

Get one for the 600 series, they're very widely available and it will fit perfectly in your 570 dock after you remove a spacer from the drive's bottom.
