Bios update 600

Does anyone know which is the latest BIOS version for the 60oX i am looking for it in the drivers section in the IBM website but i cannot find it.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Here is the 600 series device driver page:
Software and Device Drivers - ThinkPad 600

The top item lists the links to the latest BIOSes for the various 600 flavours. The latest 600X BIOS is version 1.11 (ITET55WW).

Here's a hint/tip page for searching the IBM/Lenovo web site:

http://www.ibm.com/help/us/en/help/

There are some search stratagies listed but really all you need to remember is: for multiple search terms add a "+" sign in front of each term. At the top of that page there is a "Search" box. Entering:

+600x +bios +update

returns this link:

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4HVUYL

which is exactly what you want.
