Couldn't find any dealers either--one location in Canada and another in San Diego (other than UK) but email addresses only. The 850 mhz is pretty hard to find anymore but it still seems hard to believe someone would make them new as they are very slow by todays standards. I've got a 650 in mine and this is about the last upgrade I can make.

I am very pleased with the performance because the upgrades i have performed in my 600x, believe me there is a huge difference between 650 and 850 when tested the cpu the score on pcpitstop is far greater 650-> 1854
850-> 2394

Even the ram speed increase from 1489 to 1890 with the cpu upgrade.

I got a 1/2 dozen of them from Sony Parts last year, but they don't offer them any longer.

Sorry amigo, I sold two off and have used the others in 600X upgrades.

I'm down to three on hand and am constantly on the lookout for more. If I hear of any more deals like the ones I got from Sony I'll be sure to let everyone know about it.
