Hard drive + caddy questions..

#1 Post by I_Am_Banana » Tue Aug 15, 2006 11:03 pm

I have an IBM 390E D0U model and I was wondering what hard drive caddys will work with it? I see a lot of 600 series caddys on ebay... but will they work?

Also, what is the max size (GB) hard drive I can put in it?

Thanks,
Ben

You'll need a caddy from a 390, 390E, or 390X. I used to have a 390E. Had a 40gb drive in it and it worked flawlessly. I now have a 390X and the same drive works great in it too.
