Hard drive and caddy questions for 390e

Not sure if this is the right place to put this post, but...
I have an IBM 390E D0U model and I was wondering what hard drive caddys will work with it? I see a lot of 600 series caddys on ebay... but will they work?
Also, what is the max size (GB) hard drive I can put in it?
