How much should i pay for a 390X motherboard?

Well the tittle says it all the 390e that i recently adquire had a motherboard failure the machine currently have a PII MMC-2 300Mhz Cpu and i would like to adquire a 390X motherboard so i can use a PIII 650Mhz that i have as an spare. What is the amount i should pay for the 390x motherboard? I am currently looking at 390x mobo that has the FRU #12P3299.

Any advice on compatiblity and suggestions is appreciated.
