the FSB mod is for overclocking 8% to 108 MHz. Must I then disable the internal 32 KB RAM which use 66 MHz? Maybe the FSB mod is not worth enough to loose 32 KB RAM? Is it also possible to overclock only to 105 MHz?

Most likely yes. I suggest you check the memory functionarity after overclocking the FSB to 108MHz by for example memtest to see everything is working OK. If you can confirm that the onboard memory can keep up with 108MHz, it is OK to keep using it. If it fails, you have to disable it.

It's up to you. For me, 8% FSB increase is more attractive than just 32MB memory increase since the memory usage usually does not go this close to filling up all the physical memory. But again it depends on your choice.

Yes it is.

Your last answer is very interesting, but short! How can I overclock only to 105 MHz? The TP 600E clock generator can generate 66, 69, 71, 100, 105, and 108 MHz FSB using the frequency selection input. But how can I do this?

Sorry if I sounded rude. I didn't mean it. This is how to set the FSB to 105MHz.

Here is the link to the clock generator datasheet which is fully compatible the one used in TP600E.

By default, SEL0(pin 27) and SEL1(pin 26) are both 1. Connect SEL1 to GND to set the FSB to 105MHz.
By the way, if you want to set the FSB to 108MHz, you connect SEL0 to GND. This is what is presented in Sharedoc's BBS.
