Turning off screen stretching

If you are refering to the VGA (640x480) to XGA (1024x768) stretching that takes place prior to booting into Windows (or running DOS applications), then yes, I believe there is. I don't have a 600E in front of me so this is from memory... You can define this in BIOS (Easy Setup), you can use the Fn+F8 toggle and if you have the IBM Configuration Utility installed, I think you can change this behavior there as well.

Fn+F8 worked. Just st range (Or maybe not?) that there's no inscription on the F8 key. Now I wonder what fn+{F5, F6,F9,F10} does...
