DVD/CD-RW Upgrade on a 600X w/ WinXP Pro

#1 Post by Tom Surles » Thu Oct 05, 2006 5:08 pm

How do I get a DVD player to play on my 600X (2645-4EU) which has a clean installation of Win XP Pro. The drive came with CyberLink Power DVD software. Both the Power DVD and WMP will play the DVD's audio but no video is shown.

So, how is it that I can play DVDs on this thing?

Do you recommend MPC 6.4.9.0 or MPC 6.4.9.0 rev 611?
