What are the differences between those models.

In ebay i even see mentioned the 570X and also the 570Z did they exist?

The processor of a 570E can be replaced or upgraded?

In the tabook says no but it also says that the 600X processor cannot be also upgraded.

The 570E has it soldered?

The 570 and 570E both have their CPUs soldiered to the system board. The fastest 570E available is the 500mhz model and the fastest 570 is the 366mhz model. The only way to upgrade CPU is by replacing the motherboard.
