ibm 600 cmos battery...

i have an ibm 600E with a dead or dying cmos battery, i heard you can replace it with a battery from RShack....but i would like to have another before i start to remove wires and tape it up. anybody has a spare they want to get rid of or knows where i can locate a store in Toronto, Canada. i know, ebay, but they want 5X the cost of the battery for shipping....
